Carly grew up in Sterling, Virginia and became involved in the Loudoun County 4-H program at the age of 10. During her 4-H career she was an active member in both the Rabbit Club and Teen Council, where she held multiple officer positions. In 2006 she was inducted into the Virginia 4-H All-Stars.

In 2012 Carly graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Animal & Poultry Sciences. Upon her arrival back to Loudoun, she became Organizational Leader of the 4-H Leaps & Squeaks Rabbit & Cavy Club and a Director of Loudoun Fair & Associates, where she served as Secretary for three years.

Carly has always had a passion for 4-H and is thankful that she gets to spend her days giving back to the program that sparked her love of agriculture and youth development.

Kim grew up in Clarke County, Virginia where she was a member of 4-H and FFA. Her involvement with 4-H Camp as a teen guided her career choice to serve as the Program Technician for Loudoun County 4-H since 2000.

Kim works with the 4-H School Enrichment Programs and 4-H Camp, providing support and guidance. Throughout her career with Extension, Kim has continued to learn new things and share them with the community.
